RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or an incorrect size/item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for a replacement. In order to process your request, please provide us with your order number and the name associated with your order.

Please keep in mind that our policy is only valid for 14 days after the purchase date. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item you received must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in order to qualify for a replacement.

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process. It may take another 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped out. You will get a shipping confirmation via email the day your order is packed.

TRACKING A PACKAGE

After your order has been shipped from our warehouse, please contact USPS or UPS directly for any updates on the status of your shipment. We are not able to make any changes or provide additional information at this point, but we have already provided you with a tracking number which you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
